The Calm Palm

The "calm palm" mindfulness tool is a simple and easy way to calm your mind and connect with the present moment.

  1. Hold up your non-dominant hand
  2. Hold up the pointer finger on your dominant hand
  3. Slowly and gently move your pointer finger along the outside of your non-dominant hand moving over each fingertip until you reach the other side of your hand
  4. Repeat as many times as you need until your mind is clear and you are focused on the present moment
